GDPR & Joyner TMS International Customers
Joyner's international services are currently limited to Joyner TMS — our cloud-based Transportation Management System available in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, UAE, and China.
For TMS customers in these countries Joyner acts as a data controller and/or data processor depending on your use of the platform. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and applicable local data protection laws.
Your GDPR rights include the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
