Group Medical

Joyner offers two group medical plan options for eligible retirees — Kaiser Permanente and Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem). Log in to your plan's portal to access your benefits, find a doctor, view claims, and manage your coverage.

Prescription Drugs

Joyner uses CVS Caremark to manage prescription drug benefits for eligible retirees. Through Caremark you can manage your prescriptions, check drug costs, find a pharmacy, set up home delivery, and save time and money on your medications.

Joyner 401(k) Savings Plan

Joyner partners with Charles Schwab to administer the Joyner 401(k) Savings Plan. Log in to your Schwab account to view your balance, manage investments, update contributions, set up distributions, and access retirement planning tools.

Life Insurance & HRA

How do I access my retiree benefits?
All of your retiree benefits are accessible through Joyner One — our employee and retiree intranet — at login.myjoyner.com. Log in with your Joyner credentials to access your Benefits Resource Center, directory, and account management tools.
How do I update my mailing address or bank account information?
You can update your mailing address, phone number, email address, and direct deposit bank account information directly through Joyner One at login.myjoyner.com. Navigate to the Benefits Resource Center and select Account Management to make changes.
How do I update my beneficiary information?
Beneficiary information can be updated through Joyner One. Log in at login.myjoyner.com and navigate to the Benefits Resource Center. We strongly recommend reviewing your beneficiary designations regularly — especially after major life events such as marriage, divorce, or the birth of a child.
Which medical plan does Joyner offer retirees?
Joyner offers two group medical plan options for eligible retirees — Kaiser Permanente and Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem). Your eligibility for medical coverage in retirement depends on your years of service and age at retirement. Log in to Joyner One for full details on your specific coverage.
How do I manage my 401(k) in retirement?
Joyner's 401(k) Savings Plan is administered by Charles Schwab. You can log in to your Schwab account at client.schwab.com to view your balance, manage investments, set up required minimum distributions (RMDs), and access retirement planning tools. For plan-specific questions contact Schwab directly or reach out to our retiree support team.
How do I fill a prescription through my Joyner retiree plan?
Joyner uses CVS Caremark for prescription drug benefits. You can log in to your Caremark account at caremark.com to manage prescriptions, find a pharmacy, check drug costs, and set up convenient home delivery for your medications.
What is a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)?
A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is an employer-funded benefit that may be available to eligible Joyner retirees to help cover qualifying medical expenses. The amount and eligibility depends on your years of service and retirement date. Log in to Joyner One to review your HRA balance and submit reimbursement requests.
Am I eligible for Medicare? How does it work with my Joyner coverage?
If you are 65 or older you are generally eligible for Medicare. How Medicare coordinates with your Joyner retiree medical coverage depends on your specific plan. We recommend logging in to Joyner One and reviewing your Benefits Resource Center for guidance on how your Joyner coverage works alongside Medicare. You can also contact our retiree support team at retirees@myjoyner.com for assistance.
How do I contact Joyner retiree support?
Retiree support is available by email at retirees@myjoyner.com. Our direct retiree support phone number is available through your Joyner One portal — log in at login.myjoyner.com and navigate to the retiree directory to find the number.
I forgot my Joyner One login credentials. How do I reset them?
If you have forgotten your Joyner One login credentials please contact our retiree support team at retirees@myjoyner.com and we will assist you with resetting your access. Please do not share your login credentials with anyone.
