Our Freight & Logistics teams power the movement behind Joyner's transportation network through Joyner Freight, Joyner Intermodal, and Pilot Services. From professional drivers and dispatchers to freight coordinators, operations leaders, and team managers, these departments keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Our Shuttle Operations teams deliver safe, reliable, and professional transportation experiences through both Airport Shuttle and Corporate Shuttle services. From drivers and dispatch coordinators to operations supervisors and customer support teams, these roles help keep passengers moving efficiently and on time every day. Focused on hospitality, communication, and operational excellence, our shuttle teams represent the front line of the Joyner experience — providing dependable service for travelers, employees, and business partners alike.
Our Mobility team provides compassionate, dependable non-emergency medical transportation services that help individuals safely reach appointments, treatments, and essential care. This department includes roles ranging from professional drivers and dispatch coordinators to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and mobility support staff. Our Delivery Service department at Joyner partners with major retailers and enterprise companies to provide reliable last-mile delivery solutions to end customers. We ensure efficient, timely, and accurate deliveries that support a seamless customer experience from dispatch to final drop-off. We focus on operational excellence, scalability, and consistency — working closely with partners to meet high-volume delivery demands while maintaining service quality and reliability.
Our Dispatch team at Joyner coordinates and manages freight loads for owner-operators and carrier partners. We are responsible for efficiently matching available loads with drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely communication throughout the entire delivery process. We focus on maximizing utilization, reducing downtime, and supporting smooth, reliable freight movement from pickup to final delivery.
Because customers need help beyond a nine-to-five workday, we are available to help around the clock. We answer the calls and work behind the scenes with other departments as well as with sales agents to get the job done right. Customer Service employees are the voice of Joyner — upholding a tradition and culture of helping others.
Our Operations & Launch team manages day-to-day operations, performance, and service reliability across the business. We play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth execution of daily workflows and rapid problem-solving when issues arise. We are especially active during the launch of new contracts, customers, or market expansions — partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and an exceptional customer experience from day one.
Our Sales team at Joyner drives revenue growth by building and managing relationships with partners across our various products and services. The team consists of both independent sales agents and internal sales agents who work to identify opportunities, close new business, and support long-term partnerships.
