Virginia (VCDPA)

Strong

Colorado (CPA)

Strong

Colorado residents may access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling activities.

Connecticut (CTDPA)

Strong

Connecticut residents have similar rights to those in Virginia and Colorado, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.

Does Joyner sell my personal information?
No. Joyner does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. This is an absolute commitment — period.
How do I request a copy of my personal data?
You can request a copy of your personal data by emailing privacy@myjoyner.com. Please include your full name, email address on file, and the nature of your request. We will respond within 45 days.
How do I delete my Joyner account and data?
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email privacy@myjoyner.com with your request. Note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
How does Joyner protect my payment information?
Joyner processes all payment transactions through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers. Payment data is encrypted and tokenized at the point of entry.
How long does Joyner retain my personal information?
