Our NEMT drivers and CNAs are trained in passenger safety, mobility assistance, and medical transport protocols — ensuring every patient reaches their destination safely and with dignity.

Freight & Logistics

All freight drivers hold valid CDL licenses, undergo DOT physicals, and are monitored for hours-of-service compliance — because safe freight starts with a safe driver behind the wheel.

Delivery Service Partner

DSP drivers are screened, trained, and equipped with real-time route monitoring to ensure safe and reliable last-mile delivery — from our hands to your customer's door.

What Happens When You Report a Safety Concern

We take every safety report seriously. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you contact us — because transparency about our process is part of our commitment to safety.

You Report the Concern

Contact our Safety & Insurance Services team through the Help Center, by phone at (888) 237-6516, or through the Joyner app. All reports are logged immediately and assigned a case number.

Acknowledgment & Triage

Our Safety team acknowledges your report and triages it based on severity. Urgent safety situations are escalated immediately — including coordination with emergency services if needed.

Within 1 hour

Formal Investigation

Every report receives a formal investigation — including a review of trip data, driver records, communications, and any other relevant information. The driver or associate may be suspended pending investigation.

Within 24-48 hours

Action Taken

Based on the outcome of the investigation appropriate action is taken — from additional training and warnings to permanent removal from the Joyner platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for serious safety violations.

Within 5 business days

Resolution & Follow-Up

We follow up with you directly to communicate the outcome of the investigation and the action taken. Your feedback is also used to improve our safety systems and prevent future incidents.

The Driver Safety Pledge

Every Joyner driver and associate makes a formal safety pledge before their first service delivery. These are not just words — they are the standard we hold every member of our team to, every single day.

I will operate all vehicles safely and in full compliance with applicable traffic laws and regulations at all times
I will treat every customer, passenger, and partner with respect, professionalism, and dignity — without exception
I will never operate a vehicle while impaired, fatigued, or distracted — and will prioritize safety above all else
I will maintain my vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition and report any mechanical issues immediately
I will follow all Joyner Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and report any safety concerns I observe
I understand that violations of this pledge may result in permanent removal from the Joyner platform
This pledge is signed by every Joyner driver and associate prior to their first service delivery and reaffirmed annually.
