All Autow service providers are vetted, insured, and trained to handle roadside emergencies safely. Our team monitors every service call and is available 24/7 to escalate to emergency services if needed.
All shuttle drivers undergo annual background checks, motor vehicle screenings, and safety training. Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standards of roadworthiness.
Our NEMT drivers and CNAs are trained in passenger safety, mobility assistance, and medical transport protocols — ensuring every patient reaches their destination safely and with dignity.

We take every safety report seriously. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you contact us — because transparency about our process is part of our commitment to safety.
Contact our Safety & Insurance Services team through the Help Center, by phone at (888) 237-6516, or through the Joyner app. All reports are logged immediately and assigned a case number.
ImmediateOur Safety team acknowledges your report and triages it based on severity. Urgent safety situations are escalated immediately — including coordination with emergency services if needed.
Within 1 hourEvery report receives a formal investigation — including a review of trip data, driver records, communications, and any other relevant information. The driver or associate may be suspended pending investigation.
Within 24-48 hoursBased on the outcome of the investigation appropriate action is taken — from additional training and warnings to permanent removal from the Joyner platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for serious safety violations.
Within 5 business daysWe follow up with you directly to communicate the outcome of the investigation and the action taken. Your feedback is also used to improve our safety systems and prevent future incidents.
Within 7 business daysEvery Joyner driver and associate makes a formal safety pledge before their first service delivery. These are not just words — they are the standard we hold every member of our team to, every single day.
Joyner maintains comprehensive insurance coverage across all of its service lines — providing an additional layer of protection for our customers, drivers, and partners.
