Trip Scheduling & Booking
Schedule transportation online through the Joyner Mobility dashboard, by phone, or through your insurance provider. You can book one-way or round-trip rides anytime — 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Healthcare organizations can schedule on behalf of their patients directly from their patient management system.

Trip Confirmation & Notifications
Once booked the passenger receives a confirmation by text, email, or phone call with their full trip itinerary. When the driver and CNA are on their way a notification is sent automatically — keeping patients and families informed every step of the way. Joyner Mobile App users receive push notifications directly to their phone.

Enjoy the Ride
The passenger is picked up safely and comfortably — with a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) accompanying them upon request. No additional action is required. Both passengers and healthcare providers have access to our 24/7 customer service center at any time during the trip.
