Common TMS Questions

Who owns the data I enter into Joyner TMS?

You retain all right, title, and interest in your Customer Data. You grant Joyner a license to host, process, and use it solely as necessary to provide, maintain, support, and improve the platform.

Is Joyner TMS available outside the United States?

Yes — international subscribers are governed by the Joyner TMS Terms & Conditions (International), which includes a Global Baseline plus country-specific schedules addressing local data protection and tax requirements.

Can Joyner change my subscription pricing?

Joyner may modify subscription pricing prospectively upon at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.

What happens if I don't cancel my free trial?

Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan.

What happens if I don't pay my subscription fees?

Failure to pay undisputed fees when due may result in suspension of access to Joyner TMS following reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure.

Are third-party integrations supported by Joyner?

Joyner TMS may support integrations with third-party services like load boards and ELD providers, but your use of those integrations is subject to that third party's terms — we're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
