Common Airport Shuttle Questions

How far in advance should I book?

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or through a partner booking platform. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel periods, though same-day bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We use flight-tracking data to adjust pickup timing where available, but we don't guarantee real-time accuracy of third-party flight data. Flight delays communicated to us in advance will be accommodated on a reasonable-efforts basis, though a wait-time or rebooking fee may apply.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

You'll be directed to the designated curbside or meeting point for your terminal. Please be ready promptly after deplaning and baggage claim — a 15-minute grace period is included for airport pickups unless otherwise stated.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least four hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within four hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare.

How much luggage can I bring?

Standard fares include a reasonable luggage allowance per passenger as disclosed at booking. Additional charges apply for excess luggage beyond that allowance.

Can I bring a child seat or request one?

Yes. Child seats can be requested at booking. Additional charges apply, and all required child safety seats or restraints must be used in accordance with applicable law.

What if I lose an item in the vehicle?

Lost-and-found items are held for a reasonable period and returned subject to a handling fee where applicable. Contact support as soon as possible with your trip details to start the search.
