Non-Discrimination Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC ("Joyner") is committed to providing equal, fair, and respectful access to its services and work environment for all customers, employees, drivers, agents, contractors, and partners. Joyner does not tolerate discrimination of any kind and holds itself, its drivers, and its service partners to the highest standards of equal treatment.

This Non-Discrimination Policy applies to all Joyner service lines — including Joyner Autow, Joyner Mobility, Airport Shuttle, Corporate Shuttle, Joyner Freight, Joyner Warehousing, Joyner TMS, JoynerVu, Joyner DSP, and Ryde — and to all interactions between Joyner and its customers, employees, drivers, contractors, and agents.

2. Protected Characteristics

Joyner does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, including:

  • Race, color, or ethnicity
  • National origin or ancestry
  • Religion or creed
  • Sex or gender
  • Gender identity or expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Age (40 or older, in the employment context)
  • Disability (physical or mental)
  • Veteran or military status
  • Genetic information
  • Citizenship or immigration status (to the extent protected by applicable law)
  • Pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions
  • Any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law

3. Equal Access to Services

Joyner provides its transportation, logistics, warehousing, and technology services to all eligible customers on equal terms, without discrimination based on any protected characteristic. Joyner will not refuse service, provide inferior service quality, charge differential rates, or otherwise treat any customer differently on the basis of any protected characteristic.

Service restrictions that apply uniformly to all customers — such as geographic service area limitations, vehicle weight or size limits, or minimum shipment requirements — do not constitute discrimination under this Policy.

4. Driver & Service Partner Obligations

All drivers, delivery service partners, mobility aides, CNAs, shuttle operators, and independent contractors who perform services through or on behalf of Joyner are required to comply with this Non-Discrimination Policy as a condition of their engagement with Joyner. Specifically, all such persons must:

  • Accept and complete all valid service requests without discriminating against customers based on any protected characteristic
  • Treat all customers, passengers, and members of the public with dignity and respect
  • Not refuse service, provide inferior service, or engage in any harassing or discriminatory conduct directed at any customer or member of the public based on any protected characteristic

Violations of this obligation by a driver or service partner are a material breach of their agreement with Joyner and may result in immediate deactivation, termination of the engagement, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

5. Employment Equal Opportunity

Joyner is an equal opportunity employer. All employment-related decisions — including recruiting, hiring, compensation, job assignment, training, advancement, discipline, and termination — are made without regard to any protected characteristic. Joyner's employment practices comply with all applicable federal and state equal employment opportunity laws, including:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • The Pregnancy Discrimination Act
  • The Equal Pay Act
  • Applicable state and local equal employment opportunity laws

6. Reasonable Accommodations

Joyner provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities in connection with its services and its employment practices, consistent with the ADA and applicable state law, where such accommodations do not impose an undue hardship.

  • Service accommodations: Customers requiring accessible transportation or other disability-related accommodations in connection with Joyner services should contact accessibility@myjoyner.com or use the accessibility request feature in the Joyner mobile app.
  • Employment accommodations: Employees or applicants seeking a disability accommodation in connection with their employment or the application process should contact hr@myjoyner.com.

7. Prohibition on Retaliation

Joyner strictly prohibits retaliation against any customer, employee, driver, contractor, or agent who: (a) reports a good-faith concern about discrimination; (b) participates in an investigation of a discrimination complaint; or (c) exercises any right protected by applicable equal opportunity law. Retaliation is itself a violation of this Policy and applicable law and will result in disciplinary action independent of the underlying complaint.

8. Reporting Discrimination

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination in connection with any Joyner service or employment practice, please report it through one of the following channels:

  • Email: ethics@myjoyner.com
  • Ethics Hotline: Contact our Ethics Hotline (access details available to employees, drivers, and agents through Joyner One) — anonymous reports are accepted
  • Mail: Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC, Attn: Ethics & Compliance, Atlanta, Georgia

All reports will be reviewed promptly and investigated in a fair, confidential, and thorough manner. Joyner will take appropriate corrective action where a violation of this Policy is substantiated.
