Common Vu Questions

How accurate is the visibility data?

We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, but tracking data depends partly on third-party connectivity, carrier compliance, and device functionality outside our control. Visibility data should not be the sole basis for time-critical or safety-critical decisions.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan.

Can I track shipments that aren't mine?

No — you agree not to use Joyner Vu to track shipments or vehicles you're not authorized to track.

How do I get API access?

If API access is offered for your account, it's subject to applicable rate limits, authentication requirements, and any separate API terms of use provided when your API key is issued.

Are subscription fees refundable?

Subscription fees are billed in advance on your agreed billing cycle and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order form.

What if I connect third-party systems to Joyner Vu?

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to share that data with Joyner and permit us to process it for purposes of providing the platform. We'll handle the data per our Privacy Policy.
