Report Trademark Infringement / Copyright Policy

1. Purpose

This page describes Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC's ("Joyner," "we," "us," or "our") intellectual property policies and explains how rights holders may report copyright infringement or trademark misuse to Joyner. Joyner respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, agents, carriers, and service providers to do the same. This page covers two distinct topics: (a) Joyner's DMCA copyright policy for claims relating to content on Joyner's digital properties, and (b) Joyner's trademark policy for reports of misuse of Joyner's trademarks or reports of third-party trademark infringement on Joyner's platforms.

2. Joyner's Copyright Policy (DMCA)

Joyner complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and responds to valid notices of copyright infringement relating to content posted on or through Joyner's digital properties, including myjoyner.com, the Joyner mobile app, Joyner University, and Joyner One. If you believe that content on one of Joyner's digital properties infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to Joyner's designated copyright agent as described below.

2.1 Joyner's Designated Copyright Agent

• Mail: Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent / Legal Department, Atlanta, Georgia

2.2 Required Elements of a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice

To be valid under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include all of the following elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Joyner to locate the material on Joyner's digital properties (e.g., a URL or specific page description)
• Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2.3 Joyner's Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, Joyner will:

• Acknowledge receipt of the notice within five (5) business days
• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user or content provider responsible for the material of the takedown, where applicable and where Joyner has contact information for that party
• Provide the responsible party with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice as described below

2.4 DMCA Counter-Notice

If you are a Joyner user who believes that material you posted was removed as a result of an erroneous or misidentified DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice to Joyner's designated copyright agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the Northern District of Georgia, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Joyner will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days unless the complainant notifies Joyner that it has filed a court action against the user.

2.5 Repeat Infringer Policy

Joyner maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users, agents, or other parties who are the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their access to Joyner's digital properties suspended or terminated at Joyner's discretion.

3. Joyner's Trademark Policy

3.1 Joyner's Trademarks

Joyner owns and protects a portfolio of trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos, including but not limited to: JOYNER, JOYNER TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTIC SERVICES, AUTOW, JOYNER VU, JOYNER TMS, RYDE, JOYNER ONE, JOYNER UNIVERSITY, and associated logos and design marks. These marks are the exclusive property of Joyner and may not be used without Joyner's prior written authorization.

3.2 Authorized Use of Joyner's Trademarks

The following uses of Joyner's trademarks are permitted without prior written authorization:

• Accurate, factual references to Joyner or its products and services in news reporting, commentary, criticism, or editorial content
• Nominative fair use — referring to Joyner or its products by name where necessary to identify Joyner or its products and where no false affiliation or endorsement is implied
• Use by Joyner's authorized independent sales agents in accordance with Joyner's brand guidelines and their Agent Agreement

3.3 Prohibited Uses of Joyner's Trademarks

The following uses of Joyner's trademarks are prohibited without Joyner's prior written authorization:

• Using Joyner's trademarks in a business name, domain name, social media handle, or product name in a manner that could create confusion about affiliation with or endorsement by Joyner
• Using Joyner's logos, design marks, or stylized wordmarks on any product, merchandise, marketing material, or website without written authorization
• Registering or using domain names, social media handles, or app store listings that incorporate Joyner's trademarks in a manner likely to cause confusion
• Using Joyner's trademarks in advertising or marketing in a manner that falsely implies sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with Joyner
• Creating counterfeit or imitation Joyner products, services, or digital properties

3.4 Reporting Trademark Misuse or Infringement

If you believe that a third party is misusing Joyner's trademarks or that a Joyner user or third party is infringing your own trademark on Joyner's platforms, please submit a report to legal@myjoyner.com with the subject line "Trademark Infringement Report." Your report should include:

• Your name, company, and contact information
• A description of the trademark at issue, including the mark, the goods or services it covers, and your trademark registration number (if registered)
• A description of the alleged infringing use, including the URL, social media handle, or other location where the infringing use appears
• A statement that you are the trademark owner or authorized representative and that you have a good faith belief that the use is infringing
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

Joyner will review trademark reports and take appropriate action, which may include removal of infringing content, suspension of user accounts, or referral to Joyner's outside counsel for enforcement action.

4. Reporting Misuse of Joyner's Brand

If you encounter a website, social media account, mobile app, or other digital property that is impersonating Joyner, falsely claiming affiliation with Joyner, or using Joyner's name or marks without authorization — including fraudulent recruitment schemes, fake customer service accounts, or counterfeit Joyner apps — please report it immediately to legal@myjoyner.com with the subject line "Brand Impersonation Report." Include a description of what you encountered and a URL or screenshot if available. Joyner takes brand impersonation seriously and will act promptly to address confirmed impersonation.

5. General IP Inquiries

For general questions about Joyner's intellectual property, licensing inquiries, or requests to use Joyner's trademarks or content, contact legal@myjoyner.com. Joyner reviews licensing requests on a case-by-case basis and is under no obligation to grant any license to its intellectual property.

6. Governing Law

Joyner's intellectual property rights and this policy are governed by applicable federal intellectual property law, including the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), and the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), and by the laws of the State of Georgia to the extent state law applies.
