Common Mobile App Questions

Where can I download the Joyner app?

The Joyner app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is subject to both our Terms and the applicable App Store's terms of service.

Does the app need access to my location?

The app may collect and use precise location data to provide core functionality like dispatch, routing, and ETA features. You can disable location services through your device settings, though this may limit certain features like real-time tracking.

Can I turn off notifications?

You can opt out of non-essential notifications through the app's notification settings or your device settings. Essential service notifications, like safety alerts or dispatch confirmations, may not be capable of being disabled while you have an active booking or assignment.

Do I need to update the app regularly?

Yes — updates and patches may be required for continued functionality. We may discontinue support for older app versions or operating systems with reasonable notice where practicable.

What happens to content I submit, like reviews or photos?

By submitting reviews, ratings, or photos, you grant Joyner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You must own or have rights to anything you submit.

Do the app's Terms apply to the underlying services I book through it?

These Terms govern your use of the app itself. Any specific Joyner service you access through the app, like Autow or Mobility, is also governed by that service's own Terms & Conditions, incorporated by reference.
