Common Corporate Shuttle Questions
Corporate Shuttle Services are provided pursuant to a Service Order or Master Service Agreement executed between Joyner and your organization, specifying routes, schedules, vehicle types, service hours, and pricing. Contact our team to start the process.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed schedules, but arrival and departure times are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
Fees are set forth in your Service Agreement and typically invoiced monthly or per your agreed billing cycle. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.
Yes. Additional routes, extended hours, or fleet upsizing requested mid-term will be quoted and documented through a change order.
Riders are expected to board and disembark only at designated stops, comply with seating capacity and seatbelt requirements, refrain from unsafe conduct or prohibited items, and follow any badge or access-verification procedures established by your organization.
Absent specific terms, either party may terminate for convenience upon 60 days' written notice, or for material breach upon 30 days' written notice with an opportunity to cure.
