This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Joyner Airport Shuttle Rider Terms. All passengers, booking agents, and corporate clients using Joyner Airport Shuttle services are subject to this Policy.
2. Service Area & Routes
Joyner Airport Shuttle operates in designated service markets within the United States. Service areas, supported airports, and available routes are listed in the Joyner mobile app and at myjoyner.com. Joyner reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue service areas and routes at any time. Service availability is subject to vehicle and driver availability in each market.

5. Scheduling & Dispatch
Joyner Airport Shuttle offers both scheduled and on-demand service options where available:
- Scheduled service: Passengers book a specific pickup time and location in advance. Joyner assigns a driver and vehicle to the booking and dispatches at the scheduled time.
- On-demand service: Where available, passengers may request an immediate pickup through the Joyner mobile app. On-demand availability is subject to driver availability in the area at the time of the request.
- Flight monitoring: For airport arrival pickups, Joyner monitors flight arrival times where available and will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup timing for flight delays. Flight monitoring is provided as a courtesy service and does not guarantee adjusted timing for all delays or cancellations.
- Shared ride scheduling: Shared ride bookings may result in multiple pickup or drop-off stops. Route order and timing are optimized by Joyner's dispatch system and may vary based on other passengers in the shared trip.
6. Passenger Capacity & Seating
Each Joyner Airport Shuttle vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity as specified by the vehicle manufacturer and applicable regulatory requirements. Joyner will not transport more passengers than the vehicle's rated capacity. All passengers must be seated in a designated passenger seat with a functioning seatbelt. Standing or sitting in non-designated areas of the vehicle is prohibited.
Passengers booking for groups must accurately disclose the number of passengers at the time of booking. Joyner reserves the right to refuse additional passengers beyond the number booked if vehicle capacity would be exceeded.
7. Child Safety Seats
Joyner Airport Shuttle drivers are not required to provide child safety seats. Passengers traveling with children who require a child safety seat under applicable state law are responsible for providing and installing an appropriate child safety seat. Joyner drivers will allow reasonable time for installation of a passenger-provided child safety seat before beginning the trip. Joyner is not liable for injuries to child passengers resulting from the use or non-use of a passenger-provided child safety seat.
8. Airport Procedures
8.1 Airport Departures (To Airport)
- Arrive at your designated pickup location at or before your scheduled pickup time
- Have your booking confirmation readily accessible (in the Joyner app or as a printed or digital copy)
- Drivers will wait up to ten (10) minutes past the scheduled pickup time for private bookings and five (5) minutes for shared ride bookings before marking the trip as a no-show
- Allow adequate time for airport check-in, security screening, and boarding — Joyner recommends booking your shuttle at least three (3) hours before your flight's scheduled departure for domestic flights and four (4) hours for international flights
8.2 Airport Arrivals (From Airport)
- Proceed to the designated Joyner meet point at your arrival airport — meet point locations are provided in your booking confirmation
- Contact your driver using the contact information in your booking confirmation if you cannot locate the vehicle or meet point
- For shared ride bookings, your driver may be waiting for other arriving passengers — allow up to fifteen (15) minutes from your aircraft arrival before contacting Joyner dispatch
- Joyner is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from the passenger's failure to proceed to the designated meet point or failure to contact the driver within a reasonable time
9. Smoking, Vaping & Substances
Smoking, vaping, and use of any tobacco, cannabis, or nicotine product is strictly prohibited in all Joyner Airport Shuttle vehicles. Consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is also prohibited. Passengers who violate this policy may be removed from the vehicle without refund and may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250 where the vehicle requires professional remediation.
10. Animals
Service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities are permitted in all Joyner Airport Shuttle vehicles at no additional charge and must not be refused by drivers. Passengers traveling with a service animal should disclose this at the time of booking. Pet animals are permitted in Joyner Airport Shuttle vehicles only where the animal is contained in an appropriate, secure carrier. Undisclosed or uncontained pets may result in refusal of service. See the Animal Transport Terms for information about dedicated animal transport services.
