Joyner Autow is built to handle the most common roadside situations — quickly, safely, and with a technician who knows what they're doing.

Transport of an inoperable or disabled vehicle to a repair facility, your home, or another destination within the covered radius.
Battery Jump-Start
A temporary jump-start to get a vehicle with a depleted battery back up and running on the spot.

Non-destructive entry assistance when your keys are lost, locked inside, or otherwise out of reach.
Fuel Delivery
Up to two gallons of gas or diesel delivered directly to you — enough to reach the nearest station.

A set number of covered service calls per term, with mileage limits and exclusions disclosed clearly at enrollment.
Built on Trust, Backed by Coverage
Fully Insured Operations
Commercial automobile, garage-keepers, and general liability insurance covering vehicles in our care, custody, and control.
Vetted Technicians
Every technician dispatched to you maintains applicable licensure, insurance, and safety compliance.
Always Available
Roadside emergencies don't wait for business hours — neither do we. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Common Autow Questions
Joyner Autow provides 24/7 on-demand roadside assistance, including towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire changes, vehicle lockout assistance, and fuel delivery. Services can be requested on a single-incident, pay-per-use basis or through a Joyner Autow membership plan, where offered.
You can request service through the Joyner website, the Joyner mobile app, or by calling our 24/7 dispatch line. A request is confirmed once you receive electronic, SMS, or verbal dispatch confirmation from Joyner.
Arrival times are good-faith estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, technician availability, your location, and overall dispatch volume. You'll receive updates on your technician's status through the app or via SMS where available.
Membership plans include a set number of covered service calls per term (such as per year), subject to mileage limits and any disclosed exclusions. Pay-per-use customers are charged at the time of service based on current rates. Membership pricing and terms are disclosed at enrollment.
Towing covers a destination within the applicable towing radius, such as a repair facility or your home. Mileage beyond the included radius may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated before the tow is completed.
Yes — you can cancel a confirmed request before a technician is dispatched at no charge. Once a technician has been dispatched, a dispatch or trip fee may apply, and cancellations after the technician arrives on-site may incur the full service charge.
Joyner maintains commercial automobile and garage-keepers insurance covering vehicles in our care, custody, and control during towing. If you believe your vehicle was damaged during service, contact our support team right away so we can open a claim review.
The dispatch fee covers the delivery service itself. The cost of the fuel delivered (typically up to two gallons) is charged separately, in addition to the service dispatch fee.
You can view the complete Joyner Autow Terms & Conditions in our Legal Center for full details on pricing, liability, and service scope.
