Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC ("Joyner," "we," "us," or "our") digital services, platforms, websites, mobile applications, and technology tools (collectively, "Services"), including Joyner TMS, Joyner Vu, the Joyner Mobile App, and myjoyner.com. This AUP applies to all users — customers, drivers, agents, partners, and employees — and is incorporated by reference into the applicable service-specific Terms & Conditions and Master Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Joyner Services only for lawful purposes consistent with the Master Terms & Conditions, applicable service-specific Terms & Conditions, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Permitted uses include: booking and managing Joyner services; accessing shipment tracking, dispatching, and inventory data you are authorized to view; and communicating with Joyner and its representatives through provided channels.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Joyner Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Access or attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, or access-control feature
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful code
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from Joyner platforms without authorization
  • Engage in denial-of-service attacks or any activity that disrupts, degrades, or overloads Joyner infrastructure
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information — including freight descriptions, booking details, or identity information
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Joyner personnel, drivers, customers, or other users
  • Use Joyner Services to facilitate illegal transportation, including unauthorized movement of controlled substances, stolen goods, or human trafficking
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to Joyner platforms
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any Joyner software
  • Use Joyner Services to build a competing product or service
  • Post or transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through any Joyner communication channel

4. Content Standards

Any content you submit, upload, or transmit through Joyner Services must not: contain illegal material; infringe any intellectual property right; constitute defamation, harassment, or hate speech; contain sexually explicit material; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a potential AUP violation, report it to security@myjoyner.com. Joyner will investigate good-faith reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, service termination, and referral to law enforcement.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

Joyner reserves the right to investigate suspected AUP violations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including: issuing warnings; suspending or terminating access; removing content; and cooperating with law enforcement. Joyner is not obligated to monitor all user activity but may do so to protect the integrity of its Services.

7. Changes to This Policy

Joyner may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at myjoyner.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy/.
