Joyner Autow — Roadside Service Provider Agreement
1. Purpose & Scope
This Roadside Service Provider Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Joyner," "we," "us," or "our"), and independent roadside assistance service providers ("Provider," "you," or "your") who are approved to provide roadside assistance services to Joyner Autow members ("Members") through the Joyner Autow service network.
By accepting a dispatch from Joyner — whether electronically through the Joyner dispatch platform, by phone, or by any other means — Provider agrees to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable Joyner policies incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement applies to all services performed by Provider for Joyner Autow Members and supersedes any conflicting terms on Provider's own invoices, service tickets, or other form documents.
2. Provider Qualifications
Provider represents and warrants, on a continuing basis throughout the term of this Agreement, that Provider:
- Is a duly licensed and legally operating roadside assistance and/or towing business in the state(s) where services are performed, holding all required business licenses, permits, and towing operator certifications
- Employs or contracts only operators who hold valid driver's licenses appropriate for the vehicle class they operate and who are trained and competent to perform the services offered
- Maintains all required commercial insurance coverage as described in Section 3
- Operates vehicles that are properly registered, inspected, and maintained in safe operating condition
- Has not been convicted of fraud, theft, or any crime involving dishonesty within the past seven (7) years
- Is not currently subject to any regulatory suspension, revocation, or enforcement action that would affect Provider's ability to perform roadside assistance services
- Will promptly notify Joyner of any material change in its licensing status, insurance coverage, or legal standing that could affect its eligibility to participate in the Joyner Autow network
3. Insurance Requirements
Provider must maintain, at minimum, the following insurance coverages throughout the term of this Agreement and must provide Joyner with current certificates of insurance upon onboarding and upon each renewal:
- Commercial auto liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for all vehicles used in connection with Joyner Autow services, including tow trucks, service vehicles, and flatbeds
- Garage keepers liability: $100,000 per occurrence minimum, covering damage to Member vehicles while in Provider's care, custody, and control — including during towing, storage at Provider's facility, and any period the vehicle is on Provider's hook or flatbed
- General liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
- Workers' compensation: As required by applicable state law for all employees and, where required, contracted operators
All certificates of insurance must name Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC as an additional insured on the commercial auto and general liability policies. Provider must notify Joyner at least thirty (30) days in advance of any cancellation or material reduction in required coverage. Failure to maintain required coverage is grounds for immediate removal from the Joyner Autow network.
4. Dispatch Acceptance & Response Standards
When Joyner dispatches a service call to Provider, Provider agrees to:
- Accept or decline the dispatch within the response window specified by Joyner's dispatch platform (typically five (5) minutes)
- Upon acceptance, respond to the Member's location within the estimated arrival time communicated to the Member at the time of dispatch
- Maintain active communication with Joyner dispatch throughout the service call, including confirming en route status, arrival, and service completion
- Notify Joyner dispatch immediately if the estimated arrival time will be materially delayed, if the service cannot be completed as dispatched, or if any safety concern arises at the scene
- Not redirect, re-assign, or subcontract an accepted Joyner Autow dispatch to another provider without Joyner's prior written consent
Provider understands that response time performance is monitored by Joyner and that chronic delays, high cancellation rates, or failure to maintain acceptable response standards may result in reduced dispatch volume or removal from the Joyner Autow network.
5. Service Standards
When performing services for Joyner Autow Members, Provider and its operators must:
5.1 Member Treatment
- Treat all Members with dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times, consistent with the Joyner Community Guidelines
- Not discriminate against any Member based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Not use profane, abusive, threatening, or demeaning language with any Member
- Not engage in any form of harassment or intimidation toward any Member
- Present a professional appearance while performing Joyner Autow services
5.2 Vehicle Handling
- Handle Member vehicles with reasonable care at all times, using appropriate equipment and techniques for the vehicle type and the service being performed
- Document the condition of the Member's vehicle — including any pre-existing damage — before beginning any service, and note exceptions on the service ticket
- Use appropriate wheel lift, flatbed, or other towing equipment consistent with the vehicle manufacturer's towing recommendations and industry best practices
- Secure all vehicles being towed using proper tie-down equipment and chains consistent with applicable safety standards
- Not enter, search, or remove personal property from a Member's vehicle without the Member's express consent
5.3 Service Quality
- Perform only the service that was dispatched and authorized by Joyner, unless additional services are required for safety and are approved by Joyner dispatch
- Not recommend or perform unnecessary services, repairs, or upsells to Members in connection with a Joyner Autow dispatch
- Not solicit Members for future business outside of the Joyner Autow network in connection with a Joyner dispatch
- Complete the dispatched service and obtain Member's signature on the service ticket upon completion
- Provide the Member with a completed copy of the service ticket
5.4 Safety
- Operate all service vehicles safely and in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing services in or near traffic
- Set out appropriate warning devices (cones, triangles, flares) when working on or near active roadways, consistent with applicable safety standards
- Not perform services under conditions that pose an unreasonable safety risk to the operator, the Member, or other members of the public — contact Joyner dispatch for guidance when safety concerns arise
- Call 911 immediately if a Member is injured or in medical distress upon arrival or during the service
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
- Charging a Member directly for any service covered under the Member's Autow membership — all payment for covered services flows through Joyner
- Demanding or accepting cash, tips, or any payment from a Member for covered services beyond what Joyner has authorized
- Submitting invoices to Joyner for services not performed, for inflated quantities or rates, or for services performed on vehicles not covered under the dispatch
- Colluding with a Member to submit fraudulent service or reimbursement claims
- Holding a Member's vehicle hostage for payment beyond what Joyner has authorized
- Abandoning a Member at the service location without completing the dispatch or arranging for an alternative provider through Joyner dispatch
- Performing a Joyner-dispatched service while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any other substance
- Misrepresenting the nature, scope, or cost of services performed to Joyner or to the Member
- Using a Member's personal information obtained through a Joyner dispatch for any purpose other than completing the dispatched service
7. Billing & Payment
Joyner will pay Provider for completed Joyner Autow services at the rates agreed in Provider's onboarding rate schedule or as specified in the applicable dispatch confirmation. Provider agrees to:
- Submit invoices for completed services through Joyner's designated billing platform or as directed by Joyner, within seven (7) days of service completion
- Include on each invoice: the dispatch reference number, date and time of service, Member name (first name and last initial), service location, service type, vehicle description, towing destination (if applicable), mileage (if applicable), and total charges
- Not invoice Joyner for services that were dispatched but not completed, except for applicable dry run fees where the Member was not present as described in Section 8
- Not invoice Joyner for any amount exceeding the agreed rate schedule without prior written authorization from Joyner
7.1 Same-Day Payment — Basic Services
For standard, uncomplicated service calls — including battery jump-starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and standard tows — Joyner will process payment to Provider on the same day the service is completed, provided the invoice is submitted through Joyner's billing platform no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the day of service completion, with all required documentation. Invoices submitted after 3:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
7.2 Extended Payment — Complex or Investigated Claims
For service calls that require investigation — including calls involving a Member damage claim, a Member complaint, a disputed service, a fraud flag, or a Member reimbursement claim — payment may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Joyner will process payment for complex or investigated claims within ten (10) business days of the resolution of the investigation, provided Provider cooperated fully with the investigation process. Joyner will notify Provider in writing when a payment is being held pending investigation and will provide an estimated resolution timeline.
7.3 Payment Method
Payment will be issued to Provider via ACH direct deposit to the bank account on file, or by check where ACH is not available. Provider is responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information in Joyner's billing system. Joyner is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect or outdated banking information provided by Provider.
7.4 Payment Offsets
Joyner reserves the right to offset against amounts owed to Provider: (a) any amounts owed by Provider to Joyner, including amounts related to vehicle damage claims; (b) amounts paid to Members for reimbursements later determined to be the result of Provider error or fraud; and (c) any other amounts Provider owes Joyner under this Agreement.
8. No-Show & Dry Run Fees
If Provider arrives at the dispatched location and the Member is not present, Provider must:
- Attempt to contact the Member using the contact information provided in the dispatch
- Wait at least ten (10) minutes from the time of arrival before marking the call as a no-show
- Contact Joyner dispatch to report the no-show before departing the scene
Provider may invoice Joyner for an applicable dry run fee as specified in the rate schedule for confirmed no-shows. Dry run fees will not be paid where Provider failed to follow the procedures above or where the Member disputes the no-show in good faith.
9. Member Vehicle Damage
If a Member's vehicle sustains damage during the performance of Provider's services, the following procedures apply:
9.1 Immediate Documentation Requirements
- Provider must document the condition of the Member's vehicle before beginning any service, including photographs of all sides of the vehicle
- If damage occurs during service, Provider must document the damage immediately with photographs and note it clearly on the service ticket before the Member signs
- Provider must report the damage to Joyner dispatch within two (2) hours of the incident — failure to report within this window may result in the claim being denied
- Provider must provide Joyner with all photographs, service records, and operator statements related to the incident within twenty-four (24) hours of the report
9.2 Investigation Process
Upon receipt of a vehicle damage report from either the Member or the Provider, Joyner will conduct a fair and thorough investigation involving both parties. The investigation may include:
- Review of all photographs submitted by Provider and the Member
- Review of the service ticket and dispatch records
- Statements from the Member and the Provider's operator
- Review of any dashcam or telematics footage available from Provider's service vehicle
- Consultation with an independent vehicle damage assessor or repair facility where the extent or cause of damage is disputed
- Any other reasonable verification steps Joyner deems appropriate to determine the cause and extent of the damage
Both the Member and the Provider will have an opportunity to present their account of the incident. Joyner will issue a written determination of liability within ten (10) business days of receiving all required documentation from both parties.
9.3 Liability & Insurance
If Joyner determines that Provider is liable for damage to a Member's vehicle — whether through negligence, improper vehicle handling, use of improper equipment, or failure to follow industry-standard towing and service procedures — Joyner will:
- Notify Provider in writing of the liability determination and the estimated cost of repairs
- File a claim on Provider's garage keepers liability insurance policy for the cost of repairing the Member's vehicle to its pre-damage condition
- Require Provider to cooperate fully with Joyner's insurance claim, including providing policy information, cooperating with the insurer's investigation, and authorizing release of relevant records
- Coordinate the repair process with the Member and the applicable repair facility
Provider's garage keepers liability insurance is the primary coverage for vehicle damage caused during towing or service. Provider must maintain the minimum garage keepers coverage specified in Section 3 at all times. If Provider's insurance is inadequate, lapsed, or denied, Provider is personally liable for the cost of repairs to the Member's vehicle. Joyner reserves the right to offset the cost of uninsured vehicle damage against amounts owed to Provider under this Agreement.
9.4 Pre-Existing Damage
Pre-existing damage that was documented by Provider before the service began — through photographs and notation on the service ticket — is not Provider's responsibility. This is why pre-service vehicle documentation as described in Section 9.1 is mandatory. Provider assumes risk for any damage that is not documented as pre-existing before the service commences.
10. Fraud Reporting Obligations
Provider plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of the Joyner Autow membership program. Provider agrees to:
- Promptly report to Joyner any Member who requests services that appear to be fraudulent, staged, or inconsistent with a genuine roadside emergency
- Cooperate fully with Joyner's investigation of any reimbursement claim or service call that Joyner flags for review, including providing service records, photographs, operator statements, and any other documentation Joyner reasonably requests
- Not destroy, alter, or withhold any records related to a Joyner Autow service call, including dispatch records, service tickets, invoices, and photographs
- Not participate in or facilitate any scheme to submit fraudulent service or reimbursement claims to Joyner
Provider acknowledges that Joyner may contact Provider directly to verify the authenticity of a service call or reimbursement claim submitted by a Member, and agrees to respond to such inquiries within two (2) business days. Failure to cooperate with fraud investigations is a material breach of this Agreement.
11. Confidentiality & Member Privacy
In the course of performing Joyner Autow services, Provider may have access to Member personal information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and vehicle information. Provider agrees to:
- Use Member personal information only for the purpose of completing the dispatched service
- Not disclose Member personal information to any third party without Joyner's prior written consent, except as required by applicable law
- Not use Member personal information for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose unrelated to the Joyner Autow dispatch
- Maintain reasonable security measures to protect Member personal information in Provider's possession
- Comply with all applicable privacy laws in connection with the handling of Member personal information
- Notify Joyner immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorized disclosure of Member personal information
Provider's confidentiality and privacy obligations survive the termination of this Agreement.
12. Independent Contractor Status
Provider is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Joyner. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship between Joyner and Provider or any of Provider's operators. Provider is solely responsible for: (a) all federal, state, and local taxes on amounts received under this Agreement; (b) workers' compensation coverage for its employees and operators; (c) maintaining its own business licenses and operating permits; and (d) all employment-related obligations to its own employees and operators.
Provider has no authority to bind Joyner to any contract or obligation, to make representations on Joyner's behalf, or to use Joyner's name, logo, or trademarks without Joyner's prior written consent.
13. Indemnification
Provider agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joyner and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) Provider's performance of or failure to perform services under this Agreement; (b) damage to a Member's vehicle caused by Provider's negligence; (c) personal injury or property damage caused by Provider's operators or vehicles; (d) Provider's breach of this Agreement; (e) Provider's violation of applicable law; or (f) any fraudulent or dishonest conduct by Provider or its operators.
14. Term & Termination
This Agreement is effective upon Provider's acceptance of its first Joyner Autow dispatch and continues until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Joyner may immediately terminate this Agreement and remove Provider from the Joyner Autow network upon:
- Provider's material breach of any provision of this Agreement
- Loss or suspension of required licenses, permits, or insurance coverage
- Confirmed fraud, theft, or dishonest conduct by Provider or its operators
- Substantiated Member complaint of discrimination, harassment, or abuse
- Failure to maintain required response time or service quality standards after written notice and a reasonable cure period
- Any criminal conviction of Provider or its principal operators involving fraud, theft, violence, or dishonesty
Upon termination, Provider must: (a) complete any service calls already in progress; (b) submit all outstanding invoices within fifteen (15) days; and (c) cease representing itself as a Joyner Autow network provider. Termination does not affect obligations arising from services performed prior to the termination effective date.
15. Limitation of Liability
JOYNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO PROVIDER FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY JOYNER TO PROVIDER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL JOYNER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY DISPATCH HEREUNDER.
16. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
BY ACCEPTING A JOYNER AUTOW DISPATCH AND PERFORMING SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, PROVIDER AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SERVICE PERFORMED HEREUNDER, ANY PAYMENT OR BILLING MATTER, ANY VEHICLE DAMAGE CLAIM, OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION, OR VALIDITY OF THIS AGREEMENT, SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION — NOT IN COURT.
PROVIDER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO: (A) FILE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY LAWSUIT OR COURT PROCEEDING AGAINST JOYNER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY SERVICE PERFORMED HEREUNDER; (B) PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST JOYNER; AND (C) PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS-WIDE OR MULTI-PLAINTIFF ARBITRATION PROCEEDING AGAINST JOYNER. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Atlanta, Georgia, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator will have authority to award any remedy available at law or in equity, subject to the limitations in Section 15. The full terms of Joyner's arbitration agreement are described in the Joyner Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
17. Background Check Requirements
Provider is required to conduct background checks on all operators — whether employees or independent contractors — who will perform services for Joyner Autow members. Background checks must be conducted prior to the operator performing any Joyner Autow dispatch and must be renewed at least every two (2) years thereafter. At minimum, background checks must include:
- Criminal history check covering all jurisdictions where the operator has resided or worked in the past seven (7) years
- Sex offender registry check
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) check confirming a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Identity verification
Provider must immediately remove from Joyner Autow service any operator who: (a) has been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence, theft, fraud, or dishonesty within the past seven (7) years; (b) is a registered sex offender; (c) has a suspended or revoked driver's license; or (d) has a driving record that would not meet the standards required by Joyner's own driver screening policies. Provider must maintain records of all background checks conducted for Joyner-dispatched operators and must make such records available to Joyner upon request within two (2) business days.
18. Uniform & Appearance Standards
All operators performing Joyner Autow dispatches must present a professional appearance that reflects positively on Joyner and its members. The following minimum standards apply:
- Clean attire: Operators must wear clean, neat clothing appropriate for a professional service role. Clothing that is visibly torn, heavily soiled, or otherwise in poor condition is not acceptable.
- No offensive imagery: Operators must not wear clothing, hats, patches, or accessories bearing offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate imagery, text, or symbols while performing Joyner Autow services.
- Service vehicles: Provider's service vehicles must not display offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate imagery, text, stickers, or markings of any kind. Vehicles must be reasonably clean and in good cosmetic condition.
- Identification: Operators must carry and be prepared to show valid identification and, where applicable, a copy of their towing operator license or certification upon a member's reasonable request.
Joyner reserves the right to require Provider to remove an operator from Joyner Autow service if the operator's appearance or conduct does not meet these standards.
19. Social Media & Photography Prohibition
Operators performing Joyner Autow dispatches are strictly prohibited from:
- Photographing, video recording, or audio recording members or their vehicles for any personal purpose, including for personal social media posts, entertainment, or sharing with third parties — the only authorized photography is damage documentation as required by Section 9
- Posting, sharing, or publishing any photographs, videos, or identifying information about members, their vehicles, their breakdown locations, or their personal circumstances on any social media platform, messaging application, or other public or semi-public forum
- Using member information or images obtained during a Joyner Autow dispatch for any purpose other than completing the dispatched service and documenting it for Joyner's records
- Sharing dashcam footage, telematics data, or other recordings from a Joyner Autow service call with any third party without Joyner's prior written consent, except as required by law enforcement
Violations of this prohibition are a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate removal from the Joyner Autow network, termination of this Agreement, and pursuit of all available legal remedies for any resulting harm to members or to Joyner's reputation.
20. Non-Solicitation of Members
Provider and its operators agree that, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Agreement or following the last Joyner Autow dispatch accepted by Provider, whichever is later, Provider and its operators will not:
- Directly solicit any Joyner Autow member identified through a Joyner dispatch for roadside assistance, towing, or related services outside of the Joyner Autow platform
- Use member contact information or location information obtained through a Joyner dispatch to market Provider's services directly to that member
- Accept a direct service request from a member encountered through a Joyner dispatch for the same type of service within thirty (30) days of the Joyner dispatch, unless the member independently contacts Provider through Provider's own marketing channels with no connection to the Joyner dispatch
This non-solicitation provision does not prohibit Provider from advertising its services to the general public or from serving members who contact Provider entirely independently of any Joyner dispatch relationship.
21. Data Security Requirements
Provider acknowledges that member personal information received through Joyner Autow dispatches — including names, phone numbers, addresses, and vehicle information — is sensitive and must be protected. Provider agrees to:
- Implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect member personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction
- Limit access to member personal information to those operators and employees who need it solely to complete the dispatched service
- Not store member personal information beyond the period reasonably necessary to complete the service, submit the invoice, and comply with applicable recordkeeping requirements
- Notify Joyner in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of discovering any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, disclosure of, or loss of member personal information — including any data breach, device theft, or unauthorized system access that may have exposed member data
- Cooperate fully with Joyner in investigating and remediating any data security incident involving member personal information
- Comply with all applicable federal and state data security and privacy laws in connection with the handling of member personal information
Provider's data security obligations survive the termination of this Agreement with respect to any member personal information retained by Provider at the time of termination.
22. Performance Standards & Scorecard
Joyner monitors Provider performance on an ongoing basis using a scorecard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) consistent with motor club industry standards. The following baseline performance standards apply to all Joyner Autow network providers:
- Dispatch acceptance rate: Providers are expected to accept a reasonable percentage of dispatches offered to them, consistent with their stated service area and available capacity
- On-time arrival rate: Providers are expected to arrive within their communicated ETA for the substantial majority of dispatches
- Service completion rate: Providers are expected to complete accepted dispatches without abandonment or cancellation except in genuine safety situations
- Member satisfaction score: Provider performance will be tracked through member ratings submitted following service calls, with target satisfaction scores consistent with industry benchmarks
- Incident rate: The frequency of vehicle damage claims, member complaints, and fraud flags associated with a Provider's dispatches is monitored as part of the performance scorecard
Joyner will provide Providers with periodic performance feedback through the Joyner dispatch platform or by email. Providers whose performance consistently falls below acceptable thresholds will be notified in writing and given a reasonable opportunity to improve. Joyner reserves the right to reduce dispatch volume to underperforming providers, place providers on a performance improvement plan, or remove providers from the network in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement. Specific performance thresholds will be communicated to Providers during onboarding and updated from time to time as Joyner refines its performance standards.
23. Accessibility
Provider must be capable of serving Joyner members with disabilities in a non-discriminatory manner. Where a member requires an accessible service vehicle — including a vehicle equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramp for towing a wheelchair-accessible vehicle — Provider must disclose at onboarding whether accessible equipment is available. Joyner will route accessible dispatches to providers with appropriate equipment. Providers must never refuse service to a member on the basis of disability. See the Joyner Accessibility Statement for Joyner's commitments to accessible service.
24. Language Access
If a Provider's operator arrives at a member's location and is unable to communicate with the member due to a language barrier, the operator should contact Joyner dispatch immediately. Joyner will connect a Language Line Solutions interpreter to facilitate communication between the operator and the member at no charge to the Provider. Providers must not refuse or delay service due to a language barrier — Joyner's Language Line access is available to resolve communication issues in real time.
25. Minors at Service Locations
When a minor (an individual under 18 years of age) is present at a breakdown scene, Provider's operators must:
- Prioritize the safety and comfort of the minor and the responsible adult with them
- Complete the service efficiently to minimize the time the minor spends in a potentially hazardous roadside environment
- Never transport a minor in the service vehicle under any circumstances
- Not photograph, record, or interact with the minor beyond what is necessary to safely complete the service
- If the minor appears to be unaccompanied or in distress, contact Joyner dispatch and, if appropriate, 911 immediately
26. Modifications to This Agreement
Joyner may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active network providers via email or through the Joyner dispatch platform with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Provider's continued acceptance of Joyner Autow dispatches after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If Provider does not agree to the updated terms, Provider must notify Joyner in writing before the effective date and cease accepting Joyner Autow dispatches.
