Joyner Tractor & Trailer Parking — Parking Agreement

1. Purpose & Scope

This Parking Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms under which Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC ("Joyner," "we," "us," or "our") provides tractor and trailer parking facilities ("Parking Facility" or "Facility") to carriers, owner-operators, and fleet operators ("Parker," "you," or "your"). By parking a vehicle at a Joyner Parking Facility, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Property Use Policy, the Liability Disclaimer (Theft/Damage), and the Access & Conduct Policy, all incorporated herein by reference.

2. Parking Services

Joyner's tractor and trailer parking facilities provide secure, commercial-grade parking for:

• Class 8 tractors (semi-trucks)
• 53' dry van trailers
• Refrigerated (reefer) trailers
• Flatbed trailers
• Tanker trailers
• Other commercial trailers by prior arrangement

Facility amenities and available services vary by location and may include: 24/7 access, perimeter fencing, security cameras, lighting, electrical hookups, and restroom facilities. Specific amenities available at each Joyner Parking Facility are listed in the facility description provided at the time of booking.

3. Reservation & Access

Parking spaces must be reserved in advance through the Joyner app, website, or by contacting Joyner's parking team at parking@myjoyner.com. Walk-in parking is available only where space is available and at Joyner's discretion. Parker must provide the following at the time of reservation:

• Vehicle type (tractor, trailer, or both)
• Vehicle dimensions and any special requirements (reefer power, oversized equipment)
• Intended parking duration (daily, weekly, or monthly)
• Motor carrier name and USDOT number
• Driver or fleet contact information

Access to Joyner Parking Facilities is controlled and provided only to confirmed reservations. Parker must use the access method provided at the time of reservation (gate code, access card, or app-based entry) and must not allow unauthorized vehicles or individuals to access the Facility.

4. Parking Rates & Payment

Parking rates are as published for each Facility at the time of reservation and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Standard rate categories include:

• Daily rate: Billed per calendar day; minimum one (1) day charge applies
• Weekly rate: Billed per seven (7) day period; discounted vs. daily rate
• Monthly rate: Billed per calendar month; additional discount for 30-day commitment
• Drop & hook rate: Short-term drop-and-hook parking for trailers being swapped or temporarily staged; contact Joyner for pricing

Payment is due in advance for the reserved parking period. Joyner accepts payment by credit card, ACH, or approved fleet accounts. Vehicles remaining in the Facility beyond the reserved period will be charged at the applicable daily rate for each additional day. Vehicles remaining beyond 7 days past the reserved period without payment or communication with Joyner may be subject to towing at Parker's expense.

5. Vehicle Registration Requirements

All vehicles parked at Joyner Parking Facilities must:

• Be properly registered and display current registration
• Display valid USDOT and MC numbers as required by FMCSA regulations
• Be covered by valid commercial auto liability insurance
• Not be a vehicle that has been reported stolen or is subject to a lien holder repossession order

Joyner reserves the right to refuse parking to any vehicle that does not meet these requirements or that Joyner determines in its reasonable judgment presents a safety or liability risk to the Facility or other parkers.

6. Authorized Vehicles Only

Only the vehicles specified in Parker's reservation may be parked at the Facility under that reservation. Parker may not park additional vehicles, sub-let parking spaces, or allow third parties to use Parker's reserved space without Joyner's prior written consent. Unauthorized vehicles parked in Joyner Facilities may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

7. Facility Rules

Parker must comply with all Facility rules as described in the Property Use Policy and the Access & Conduct Policy. Key rules include:

• Observe posted speed limits within the Facility at all times
• Park only in designated spaces — do not block access lanes, other parked vehicles, or facility exits
• No idling beyond applicable state idle time restrictions
• No dumping of fluids, waste, or debris on Facility property
• No living in vehicles at the Facility beyond what is normal and customary for truck drivers on rest breaks
• Report any accidents, spills, or damage to Facility property to Joyner immediately

8. Liability for Vehicle Theft & Damage

Joyner's liability for theft of or damage to vehicles parked at its Facilities is governed by the Liability Disclaimer (Theft/Damage). Parker should review that document carefully before parking. In general, Joyner provides parking facilities as a bailee for hire — Joyner exercises reasonable care over the Facility but is not an insurer of parked vehicles or their contents.

9. Cancellation & Early Departure

• Daily reservations cancelled more than 2 hours before the reserved start time: full refund
• Daily reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before start or after arrival: one (1) day charge applies
• Weekly reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before start: full refund
• Weekly reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before start: one (1) day charge applies
• Monthly reservations: no refund for unused days if Parker departs early; prorated refunds at Joyner's discretion for circumstances outside Parker's control

10. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective for each reservation period and renews automatically for monthly parkers unless cancelled with seven (7) days' written notice. Joyner may terminate any parking arrangement and require immediate removal of vehicles for violation of this Agreement, the Property Use Policy, or the Access & Conduct Policy. Vehicles not removed within 24 hours of termination notice may be towed at Parker's expense.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement are subject to the Joyner Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy, including the binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
