1. Acceptance of Terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC, a Georgia limited liability company with its principal place of business in Atlanta, Georgia ("Joyner," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of myjoyner.com and all other websites, web applications, subdomains, and digital properties owned or operated by Joyner (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site in any manner — including browsing, submitting information, creating an account, or using any feature of the Site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Joyner Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.
These Terms apply in addition to any service-specific Terms & Conditions that govern your use of specific Joyner services accessible through the Site. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service-specific document, the service-specific document controls with respect to the specific service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or create an account. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:
- Learning about Joyner's services, pricing, and business information
- Creating and managing a Joyner account
- Booking or managing Joyner services
- Accessing your account history, invoices, and service records
- Contacting Joyner's customer support team
- Accessing legal, compliance, and policy documents in the Joyner Legal Center
- Applying for employment or contractor positions through the Joyner Careers section
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Infringe any intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right of any third party
- Transmit or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate Joyner, a Joyner employee, or any other person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, Joyner's systems, or any other user's account
- Use automated tools — including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data mining tools — to collect data from the Site without Joyner's written permission
- Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code to the Site or Joyner's systems
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance or availability of the Site
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Site
- Harvest or collect personal information about other users without their consent
- Use the Site for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Joyner
- Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Site without Joyner's prior written consent
5. Account Registration & Security
Certain features of the Site require you to create a Joyner account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your account; (c) promptly updating your account information if it changes; and (d) notifying Joyner immediately at support@myjoyner.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Joyner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason Joyner determines in its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, audio, software, data compilations, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the Site — are owned by or licensed to Joyner and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for the permitted purposes described in Section 3. This license does not permit you to: download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content (except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly available content); use any Joyner trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name; or remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice on the Site.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Joyner.
7. User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content to the Site — including reviews, ratings, comments, questions, or other communications ("User Content") — you grant Joyner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that User Content in connection with operating and improving the Site and Joyner's services.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content; (b) the User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right; and (c) the User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law. Joyner reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or that Joyner determines in its sole discretion is otherwise inappropriate.
8. Third-Party Links & Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Joyner. Joyner provides these links for convenience only and does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party resource. Your use of any third-party website or service is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy. Joyner is not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of accessing a third-party resource through the Site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND FEATURES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION. JOYNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOYNER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF JOYNER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. JOYNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joyner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) your negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written infringement report to legal@myjoyner.com in accordance with the Joyner Copyright Policy. Joyner will respond to valid infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.
15. Modifications to the Site
Joyner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature thereof at any time, with or without notice. Joyner is not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any portion thereof.
16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms are subject to the Joyner Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy, including the binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
17. Changes to These Terms
Joyner may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated effective date on the Site and, where practicable, by direct notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Joyner Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable service-specific Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joyner with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
